The Man With Six Passports

 

The man was arrested at an airport carrying six different passports, all under different names. Every passport was authentic, issued by real governments, and contained valid travel records. But there was one problem: the photographs in all six passports showed the same man.

When investigators checked his fingerprints, they found nothing. No criminal record. No immigration history. No birth certificate. No military records. It was as if the man had never existed.

Security cameras inside the airport clearly showed him entering the terminal. But when investigators reviewed footage from outside, something impossible appeared: no car dropped him off, no taxi stopped nearby, and nobody matching his description was seen walking toward the building.

They questioned him for two days.

He refused to give his name.

Finally, on the second night, one investigator asked him:

“Who are you?”

The man slowly looked up and said only one sentence:

“You weren't supposed to see me until tomorrow.”

Then, at exactly midnight, every computer in the airport suddenly shut down.

When the lights came back on, the interrogation room was empty.

The locked door had never been opened.
