SIGNAL: The Message That Reached Every Phone

According to a conspiracy theory, certain emergency broadcasts are not warnings—they are tests. One night, millions of phones in three different countries received the same notification at exactly 3:33 a.m. There was no explanation, only a black screen displaying one word: STANDBY. Twenty seconds later, the message disappeared. Governments called it a technical error, but internet users discovered something disturbing: the notification had appeared on phones that were switched off. Within hours, videos of the alert began disappearing from social media. Then a former telecommunications engineer published a message claiming the broadcast wasn't sent to phones. It was sent through them.
