I checked into a hotel during a business trip and went straight to my room. Around midnight, someone knocked on my door. I looked through the peephole and saw a man standing in the hallway. He looked completely normal. He said, “Sorry, wrong room.” I didn't open the door. A few minutes later, I heard the elevator doors close. The next morning, I mentioned it to reception. The receptionist asked me to describe the man. When I finished, she became uncomfortable and said, “Sir, nobody else is staying on your floor.” I laughed because I thought she was joking. Then she showed me the hotel's security footage from the hallway. At midnight, my door opened from the inside. I was standing in the doorway.
